“We hired Shandyman to do the facade of the front of our business and while i was very nervous about the job because of enevitable surprises that come with a 100+ year old building, I never felt that I wasn't in good hands. Overall I'm thrilled with the final result and feel confident that it will hold up well for years to come. As a woman, I often find contractors underestimate how much I know and it's not uncommon that I feel patronized when talking about these things with them. I never felt that way while working with this team and overall my personal experience with them was very good! All of their workers were always very pleasant and friendly to interact with and it's clear to me that they have great communication between them. They accommodated some personal taste changes along the way with grace and communicated any change in price due to surprises beneath the surface. While the final cost of this job ended up being a bit more than the original quote I was not surprised in the least! you can always expect the unexpected on old buildings like ours. All said and done the price of this job was within the average spend for something like this and I feel I got a fair price and my money's worth. Thanks everyone! “

We have worked with contractors and trades over the years, but none have come close to the RADO team. They are the best. Our project was a full house renovation (2,400 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 5 washrooms, kitchen, windows, doors and floors everything). - Professional from Day 1 with simple, clear contract terms - They told us if we moved out and left them an empty house to work with, they would complete the job in 3 months. They told us the start date and end date at contract signing and they met their timing commitment to the day! - We were concerned about delays related to things out of their control due to supply chain issues, etc. coming out of the pandemic.
