“Stephen is the man and his crew is fantastic. The quality of their works was fantastic, even better than I expected and faster too. Stephen as quick to answer his email for a consultation, he came by the same day to have a look at quote it out and gave me a fair price on the spot. We agreed upon on a date and then when my schedule changed he bumped by work to be done the net day. Turnover time and workmanship was truly top notch. I have nothing but great things to say about this business and if I ever need any masonry done again I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.“

“Majd and Mak 7even Renovations were communicative, professional and thoughtful in the diagnosing and repair of our back bathroom plumbing. What eventually would become a project which included insulation, and dismantling of the powder room, Mak 7even was continuously collaborative and the project was handled methodically and cleanly, rather than patched over like with the previous contractor.

In the basement, they removed old carpet and installed vinyl flooring (materials we supplied), added baseboards, and built a new drywall partition with a door. The drywall was professionally mudded and prepared perfectly for paint. The workmanship was solid and the space feels completely transformed.

They also insulated the cold room ceiling and exterior walls using 2x6 framing and vapor barrier, sealed two windows and an exterior door. The insulation and sealing work were done carefully and thoroughly.

Throughout the project, communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the worksite was kept organized. The pricing was transparent, and any potential change order conditions were explained upfront.
