We replaced an ancient concrete stairs, walkway and wooden landing that went from the street to our porch. Zaza worked with us to select the design, type of stone, colours and railing so we knew exactly what to expect, and the finished product more than met those expectations.

Andrew and Austin worked diligently and efficiently to repair a crack in the foundation and then completed waterproofing to prevent any further water damage in the future. Despite heavy workloads, they also fit in our request for a new parking pad and retaining wall. They are friendly and kind individuals and they are dedicated to providing the very best service, products and results for their clients. They always arrived on site on time and ready to work. We contacted Zaza Contractors when we found water damage at the side of our house. It's a very narrow opening (less than 2 feet) and we weren't sure what could be done. Fred Zaza came by and spent time looking into a few options for us. Once we determined we needed to add concrete to redirect the water, Andrew and Austin did amazing work pouring concrete (mixed and poured by hand!), which wasn't easy given the tight space. The job was completed very quickly, and of a high quality. Communication through the project was excellent. We will definitely be using Zaza Contractors for future work.Service: Concrete pouring
