Jessica (i believe her name was) who gave my dog Toby a bath & brush today was absolutely amazing. she went above and beyond with everything, despite my dog being very anxious and jumpy. I’ve been so several different groomers and by far this is the softest i’ve ever seen my dog. Thanks again! :)
I had the best experience and customer service experience at this Petsmart location. I doordashed an order but part of the order was not delivered, Petsmart immediately refunded me and the cashier at the store suggested I speak to the manager to get compensation. I was in a rush and didn’t think much of it. But the store manager, David, gave me a call personally and offered a discount on my purchase for the inconvenience. I was pleasantly surprised and happy about their initiative.
This is a great location to find all your loved pets need. The staff is very friendly and they do love animals. I adopted a very healthy cat there through the third party that partners with them. Is right above the subway at North York Center.
