I bought 2 beautiful budgies today. My children and myself are happy with the decision. Karl (I believe that was his name, sorry if I forgot) he provided us with so much information about the budgies. He was well educated on them and gave us the confidence to purchase the budgies. Karl was helpful and attentive and made the experience so much better. The store looked in good condition and the animals looked well taken care of. Great customer's service skills Karl, I would highly recommend this place for any pet shoppers.

My go-to Petsmart location. Items are USUALLY in stock, well organized store with helpful staff, unlike some of their locations where the only employee you see in there entire store is the cashier. Wish they could extend their store hours on Sundays!

Great staff, but place looks pretty dated. Hasn't changed much for the last 20 years. Could use a refresh. The excitement to go to the pets store isn't nearly as exciting as it should be. Hope this brick and mortar model survives in the next few years.
