Both bathroom shower faucets were seized and no matenance had been done on my faucets for 22 years. He was excellent on finding the problem , sticking with the repairs and successfully getting all taps running properly.

Out of five companies that gave me quotes, Anthony was the first one to pick up the phone, the first to come to my home (other than the first repair guy I had called to diagnose the problem) and was supremely kind, courteous and professional throughout. He gave me his honest opinion and his work was priced fairly. He even brought by space heaters to keep my kids' bedrooms warm while we waited for the furnace quotes to come back, before I had even agreed to go with his company. “TL;DR/The Short Version: Great experience. Had a gas fitter come and cap our gas line and an electrician come to set up a 240V outlet when we switched from a gas range to an electric one. The Long Version: When my husband and I bought our house, it came with a gas range. Having grown up with electric, I was really hesitant to keep it and wanted to switch to electric, but I eventually got used to it and we kept it. Not too long ago, the oven bit the dust and stopped working. The elements still worked but I need my oven! So at this point we decided to switch to electric. We needed someone to cap the gas line and install a 240V outlet for the new range. Francis Home Environment was great because they offered both services. We had 2 different technicians of course, but they were both from the same company who coordinated their work. My husband dealt with the technicians and I got to benefit from the results, lol. Terry came in the morning to cap the gas line. He was great. He checked the line in the basement too. Then David came in the afternoon to do the electrical work. He pointed out that the previous owners did not do some electrical work properly and we had live wires just taped up behind our range. We could have gotten electrocuted all these years! Omg! David fixed things up and now we have a new 240V outlet and no live wires just hanging out with their ends taped. Both technicians were courteous, professional and efficient. I liked that they came during their scheduled time window and my husband got a text when they were on their way and he could track their location on his phone. They wore shoe covers in the house as not to dirty the floors. Their price was on the higher end, but we were happy with the whole process from start to finish. “The guys from Harry’s home comfort did an amazing job , they worked clean and efficiently, very respectful.
Unfortunately they left me with low refrigerant in the unit and it kept freezing up , after emailing Paul several times and a face time call with the tech they never came back to rectify the problem. The tech who came gave me his own card and said if you need anything else done call me direct which was a red flag.
I ended up getting another company which came and after reaching the same diagnosis which was low refrigerant, I know have had air conditioning that works properly.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, even the techs are handing out there own cards for private work.“

“Matt came to our house a year ago to fix our AC, and we were very happy with his service. We had recently bought a new house without an inspection, and our AC was not turning on. We were convinced that we would need to buy a new unit, but thanks to Matt we didn't. The issue ended up being a simple fix - the electrical wires were incorrectly attached - and Matt was honest and professional in promptly fixing the issue and not overcharging us.
