The equipment, atmosphere, amenities, etc are great, then on top of that, every single person I have interacted with there has been fantastic - incredibly knowledgeable, talented, and a pleasure to work with. The team has been fundamental to my rehab since a bike crash and there’s not a chance I would be where I am now without their support. They truly care about your health and progress, and the training, nutrition, and lifestyle planning are designed specifically to your unique situation.
I would also highly recommend seeing Jordan Strutt, the Osteopathic Manual Practitioner at KX. I have seen plenty of chiropractors and physiotherapists in the past and none match the level of talent, dedication, and care that Jordan has. His ability to diagnose root causes, treat the situation during the sessions, and develop the right plan for care outside of the sessions has been incredibly productive and critical to my recovery. There is significant benefit to simultaneously working with the trainers at KX while seeing Jordan – they collaborate seamlessly to 1) ensure the exercises done in the gym are designed to progress the plan, and 2) ensure there’s 2 way feedback on how your body is moving and feeling both during the osteo session and during the workout in the gym so the plan always targets the right thing at the right time in the right way.
In addition to Jordan, I’ve worked with Joe, Kerem, Rebecca, Hans, and Mara; everything I’ve said above is equally true for them all – they are fantastic. Adriano has created a unique place, and he has shown true care for my progress.“

I trained with Coach Samantha, and she was amazing, especially for beginners. She is always attentive, checks your posture, explains movements clearly, and makes sure you are doing exercises safely and correctly. What stood out the most is how comfortable she makes you feel. No pressure, just constant encouragement and guidance. The front desk staff is also very friendly and welcoming.
The workouts are challenging but adaptable, the environment is clean and motivating, and the overall vibe makes it easy to stay consistent. I love that they run fun challenges too. I even won a cute keychain, which was a nice little bonus. It is a great place whether you are just starting out or trying to level up your fitness.
Highly recommend OrangeTheory, especially if you are looking for supportive coaches and structured classes that actually work.“
