Love that it's 24/7! It has all the equipment I need and use. Mostly weight machines and elliptical. I like that the elliptical are popular but there's always at least one that's available.I usually go in yhe AM (6-7). The people who go here at the time all work hard at their goals and there is minimal distractions and/or interactions. When I go in the afternoons occasionally it is defiantly a lot more packed and busy. There are a lot of students in the afternoon but they all seem considerate of others and not disruptive.The facility is cleaned daily and it's well kept. Had the best experience working out in the Lakeshore Vive fitness gym. The staff is amazing, the gym is well maintained, clean , gym conducts fitness classes like yoga, kickboxing and more which are included in the fee. The people are friendly and supportive. Great place to workout and open 24x7.
I needed a new gym to call home and start my journey back into fitness. Signing up for a membership was seamless. Gym facilities are clean and equipment is in great condition. I am working with Ahmed as my personal trainer who is patient, attentive, personable and always calling me out on my form so I can improve and exercise safely.I have taken a few kickboxing classes so far and have been enjoying how energizing they are! Shout out to Michelle and JB! ?The only gripe I have is the incline function not working on some of the treadmills.
