“Charlotte Dry Cleaners is the best!

I've been coming here since March of last year, and it has become my only go-to place for dry cleaning and alterations. Their service is consistently top-notch. Everyone is always kind, takes the time to listen, and genuinely cares about helping their customers.

On Friday, I found myself in an emergency situation. I had a wedding to attend on June 19th, and I accidentally burned the front of my dress with an iron. I was panicked and extremely upset. I called Charlotte Dry Cleaners, and they immediately asked me to bring the dress in.

When I arrived, they assessed the damage and came up with an incredible solution. They expertly adjusted the pleats on the dress in a way that completely hid the burn mark. I was absolutely amazed by the result. Not only did they fix the issue, but they did it within an hour so I could still wear my dress to the wedding.

I can't express how stressed I was and how grateful I am for their help. They understood how important the dress was to me, prioritized my request, and delivered exceptional work under a tight timeline.

I will forever be grateful to the team at Charlotte Dry Cleaners for saving the day. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, skilled, and caring service.
