“We recently brought in our 8 x 12’ antique Kilim rug for assessment. There were numerous areas in the rug where a rust coloured fibre had been used. Overtime, the dye had oxidized and the fibres had completely disintegrated. We were not very hopeful that much could be done to save it since the damage was so widespread. Isaac assured us that the rug could be restored to its original beauty. The price quoted was significant but we couldn’t be happier with the result. The rug was delivered and installed for us, beautifully cleaned and the workmanship was top notch. You would never know that the work is not all original. An added bonus is that the fringes were also able to be expertly restored.We do not regret the investment in many more years of enjoyment of our rug.“

“This is a TRUE review of Jay and Steam Kleen. Our cleaning needs weren’t for regular maintenance, we had a very unfortunate coffee spill on our light coloured stair runners. We really thought that we’d have to replace the runner, but decided to try Steam Kleen based on reviews.This HONEST review will be updated with pictures, but let me say for now that this company is 100% reliable and committed to customer service and satisfaction.The stain from the coffee appeared gone after the first cleaning. Unfortunately, it came back. Jay honoured his work and returned to touch it up. Again, it looked perfect when he left, but it came back again (much lighter, but still obvious). True to his guarantee, Jay returned a third time.The stain is now MUCH MUCH better and is almost gone. Jay and Steam Kleen will be coming for what will no doubt be the last time to finish it.This was a VERY bad stain on multiple stairs.I have pets and have used multiple steam cleaning companies before for simple maintenance, but none compare to Jay’s service.This is a company that cares about their customers. Anyone reading this would be foolish to choose another company who would probably not reply after you have paid them. Even more important is that after the last visit, Jay reached out to me first to make sure that I was satisfied.Thank you, Jay. “I contacted Vivid to clean a woven rug we inherited. It was old with years of wear, but good quality and we wanted to gift it to our daughter. Vivid explained I could save some money if I drove it myself out to the plant they used northwest of the city, but the convenience of pickup from and delivery to my home more than justified working through Vivid. The process was great: picked up when promised, confirmed that the rug could be washed & dried with minimal shrinkage and delivery of the cleaned rug (now bursting with colour!) on the date and time promised. It was a very satisfactory experience. I'm happy to recommend Vivid and give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.“
