They came and put new carpet on our stairs. Very lovely and professional people to deal with. Pleasant, satisfactory experience overall. Two of the stairs were uneven, which left a few bumps in the carpet. They went out of their way to come back and smooth it down after the carpet softened, now it looks better and more professional. They take pride in their work and follow through to make sure the job is done right!
