David did an incredible job polishing the existing slab in the basement of our 1970's home. As he explained, "it's a mining experiment" and you don't know what you're going to get. But he really worked hard and focused on areas that would bring out more interest in the floor. And in the end it looks absolutely beautiful. A really nice sheen with quite some nice variation in it.Our floor had tons of cracks, and David did a really amazing job filling them and then finishing them in such a way that they almost camoflauge. Dave @ Floorlab did an outstanding job on my concrete floor… I had no idea concrete could look so good!From the initial quote, through navigating the tricky schedules of a renovation/build, Dave was communicative and explained everything he was doing every step of the way.
