The Floor Shop gave me a very reasonable quote to have all the carpet removed and installed the same hardwood throughout the upstairs that was on the main level. From the very beginning, Ming from Reno Mumu provided an accurate quote with honest, upfront pricing - there were no surprises along the way. Communication was clear and consistent, and she was always extremely responsive whenever we had questions or needed guidance.

The quality of workmanship across all trades was excellent. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, with careful attention to how the tile, countertops, and wallpaper worked together aesthetically so everything flowed seamlessly. The tradespeople were all very pleasant, meticulous and ensured precision in their work. I was impressed with the seamless flow from tile to wooden floors without any transition pieces. The final result delivered overall was exactly what we had agreed upon in the original design plan.

Ming was incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the project, especially when we made minor changes - such as switching lighting fixtures more than once. She truly felt like a partner in the process, making us feel as though our project was her top priority. She took everything to heart, checked in often, and genuinely helped ease the typical stress that comes with renovations.

She was a pleasure to work with - patient, kind, and professional - and her entire team was equally helpful and respectful. They truly offer a one-stop-shop experience, handling project management, design, trades, and suppliers. Ming even went above and beyond by offering us a post-renovation cleanup, which we greatly appreciated.

What really stood out was that her involvement didn’t end when the project was finished. She continues to check in afterward to ensure everything is working well and that we’re happy. The project was also completed exactly within the expected timeframe.

Ming is highly knowledgeable in her craft—a true expert in design, trends, and quality craftsmanship. Her recommendations for fixtures and finishes were excellent, and she was equally supportive of our own preferences. For example, we chose a different tile supplier, and she worked with them seamlessly and without issue.
