Excellent service and efficient! Much appreciated! One of my Hunter-Douglas rolling shades had the chain off rail. Maria was quick in setting up an in-house appointment and the service provided was great. The teeth of the clutch were in fact broken and the service man ‘Henry’ went back to the store and picked up the part so that the problem can be fixed in one house call. He also told me the proper way of using the chain to roll down and up so to avoid the teeth problem going forward. Would highly recommend their service!

We have used Kingsway Carpets & Blinds on 3 occasion (two different homes). Twice for window coverings, and 3rd for carpet runners, and rugs. Maria is knowledgeable, helpful, flexible and very professional. Zero pressure service with a warm attitude. High quality products and professional installation. Would recommend 10/10
