Eight years ago I purchased custom carpets and runners from Allan Rug Co. and was very happy with them. After lots of traffic and pets, the runners needed replacing. Living north of the city I tried finding replacements in my area, but no luck so I went back to Allan Rug. Co. The selection cannot be beat and is so worth the drive. So many beautiful options at many price points. Besides the great selection, the customer service is wonderful. It's the only place I'll go from now on when I need new carpets.

My wife and I went to Allan Rug Co. to look for stair carpet for two stairways in our house and for an area rug for our dining room. Natasha looked after us and quickly narrowed down the options based on our feedback. Within an hour we had selected a runner for each of the staircases and a rug for the dining room. The rug was delivered and set up within a couple of days. Paul came to install the stair carpets as soon as the carpets were available and he did an outstanding job, removing the old ones and installing the new ones.
