These folks are fantastic.....my parents are 90+ and when the old furnace went down, they were out immediately to assess the issue. Brown's gave us options and were able to get in the next day to immediately remove the old unit and install a new furnace. And in between the 12 hours, they provided some portable electric heaters to keep my parents comfortable. Everyone from the administrative staff to the technician to the installers were friendly and professional and answered every question patiently and in simple terms so that everything was clear and easily understandable. This company has been fantastic to deal with. We have used Browns for a few years now, for repairs, maintenance and even getting a new furnace and ac installed. Nothing but good things to say about the company and their technicians. They also a great about standing behind their work and products.

We had our needs assessed and a new furnace installed by Browns. We were tremendously impressed with the service from assessment to quote to installation. Everyone involved took extra care to ensure it was what we needed and we are very pleased with the end result.
