We called for a not immediate issue and had someone out the next day. Plumber was very friendly, relatable, provided clear description of what could be wrong and problem solved in the most strategic way of least invasive and least costly options. When the job was done, we were left with a clean area and happy customers with his customer service. From the initial phone call at reception to job complete we are very happy. 100% recommend.

Bick Heat & Cooling came to our rescue when we need them. We call other HVAV shops who responded 1 and 2 later. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. Why call any other shop?

I cannot recommend Bick Heating & Cooling more highly. When I first moved to Stratford I was dreading having to find new service providers, but the previous home owner had relied upon Bick, and left their information behind. They provided my Air Conditioning service check in the Spring, and checked my heat system in the winter, and everyone I interacted with was so friendly, so professional, so prompt and so kind.Kim, who's responsible for their Admin Services, is so responsive and so, so lovely.
