Moved our 95 year old mother to retirement home during heat wave. The maintenance person was on holidays and the home’s rules are a general contractor must install air conditioners, not families. Called Tim after 5 to ask if he had someone. He stated he was on his way back to the shop but thought it would have to be next day as the guys had probably left. I couldn’t believe I suddenly got text, Quinton and Jason headed right over. After hours. Hot as ever. They went to help a 95 year old when I’m sure most people just want to go home. No one else would’ve done that. Ever. I could have cried, I was so grateful. Tim messaged close to 7:00 pm it was done. Thank you, Tim, Quinton and Jason. You all have kind hearts and outstanding work ethic.
Today we had two wonderful people in to clean up after the renovations from an ice damn leak. Although, all of the employees that have attended our house to complete their jobs have been amazing. I would like to recognize the two from today. My kitchen has honestly never been cleaner and they engaged in conversation and laughed along with me. Thank you so much to the Windmar family for a great experience.

We worked with Nicole on a DIY wedding order. She was fantastic to work with, her prices were very reasonable, she returned her quote same day (others in town took a week or longer) & the flowers so fresh. I came from out of town & Nicole didn’t hesitate to help with other floral supplies as well. When I ran short on flowers the night before the wedding, she let me pick up some extras last minute. From ordering to pickup, it was a great experience!

Jeff and his team at The Urban Barber have made me look better than I actually do for many years. The service is fantastic, the cuts are exactly as requested, the building is spotless, and somehow the conversation is always the best part of a visit. I had a bit of a mixed experience. I think the service was good & I really enjoyed my gel manicure. But after I left I noticed the polish did not cover my entire nails & already look grown out. Then the polish chipped on a few nails within 24 hours of receiving the service. Erin then reached out to me & got Shelbie to fix them for me. Definitely a much better experience after Shelbie fixed my nails.

I had new flooring installed about three years ago and unfortunately ran into quite a few issues early on. Thankfully, Patrick at The Carpet Place really took care of everything and stood behind the work. He made sure the problems were addressed properly, and I truly appreciated the level of service and follow-through.
My flooring has since been replaced and now looks absolutely fantastic—I couldn’t be happier with the result.
A special mention to Ron, who completed the installation. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home. His workmanship really shows in the final finish.
Overall, a great experience in the end and I would definitely recommend them.
