Jacky the installer was professional/organized and efficient. He answered all my questions(and there was allot of them)without making me feel I was slowing him down. He noticed that my exhaust pipe was face level in my driveway so he extended it upwards. It shows me he is not just there to install a furnace but to keep my family safe.

They did an amazing installation job, explained everything and also cleaned up afterwards too. ( Everything was spotless.)The only thing I need help with is programming thermostat for daytime and night time temperatures. The temperatures programed in are too hot for us.
