Very knowledgeable to answer any questions I had and both were extremely professional. They were very thorough in the removal of the old furnace and quick to install the new one. What a great experience! Everything about our IMPROVE Heating and cooling experience has been fabulous, from the quotation to the installation. We got a new Hi-Efficiency furnace and a Heat Pump installed along with a new thermostat. The installation was done professionally and they were very careful to clean up after the work was completed.
