“During this most recent polar freeze our furnace died.. Button’s to the rescue ??. They came the next day, and were frank and honest that the old unit was in fact old and out of code. They gave solutions to fix the old unit or purchase a new one. We went with the new option. They provided as many space heaters as we wanted and scheduled the install a couple of days later. The space heaters really kept the house warm thankfully. On install day, they arrived when they were supposed to, put drop sheets down, and removed and took away the old furnace. The entire process took 4 hours which was incredible. Very happy we selected this family run local business!“

“I've had this business come out 2 times in the last year 2023-2024. Once for a gas igniter(Josh) on a large scale boiling system and once for a commercial bar fridge(Jeff}. Both times they sent someone out almost immediately. The technicians arrived when they said the would, were polite, professional and assessed the problems quickly. Luckily for me they weren't big issues and they were resolved quickly. They didn't try to gouge or make the problem seem bigger than it was. They quickly fixed the issues and provided advice on how to prevent them in the future. They also took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made sure everything was 100% working before they left.
