I didn’t think my experience was going to get better than when I went in with Ben, but Arman went over & beyond to ensure my goals were met. His needling and other techniques are the best I’ve experienced by far. Every technique he does, he explains thoroughly to ensure I understood and permitted. He answered all my questions, and explained the injury to me perfectly. His knowledge and expertise is easily recognizable. I cannot recommend Arman highly enough.“

“I have put 5 stars because without Bhavika Shah (Physiotherapist) I would still be struggling. After dealing with increasing pain in both shoulders for months, I knew it was time to seek help. I had tendonosis and osteoarthritis in both shoulders and decreased mobility and range of motion. I was a mess! But then I met Bhavika at the Ottawa Osteopathy & Sports Therapy clinic. She was AMAZING and I owe her full credit for giving me back my range of motion and pain reduction. She knew exactly how to deal with shoulder issues in a manageable program and gave me easy at home exercises to do that kept y progressing moving forward between visits.
