“I highly recommend the Ottawa Osteopathy and Sports Therapy clinic and especially Richard Gregory. When I saw Richard, I was a little discouraged. I thought I was going to have back and neck pain for the rest of my life (52 years). I'd seen a number of health professionals, from traditional medicine to alternative approaches, and none had really been able to help me. After a detailed assessment of my situation, Richard suggested a series of exercises to do at home. I admit I was a little skeptical at first, but I have to say the progress I've made is enormous. “This is probably one of the best and most organized clinics in Ottawa..... Not only they are very old time (decades) in business, but they do have friendly, respectful, caring and client-centric staff (both administrative and medical)..Sheila and Lisa at front desk are exceptional..... I had used this clinic back in 2015 and now recently again in late 2023. I took several sessions with their RMT, Dr Paige (Chiro) and Dr Church (Physio). Their knowledge and treatment is great, but mostly the care that they take of clients is significant.I highly recommend them. Knocking wood, their fee is visibly lower than several similar establishments in same area of city or other parts of Ottawa...... Not sure how Alta Vista can do this, other than it must have a people-friendly owner and management. Thank you all there!“
