“This is probably one of the best and most organized clinics in Ottawa..... Not only they are very old time (decades) in business, but they do have friendly, respectful, caring and client-centric staff (both administrative and medical)..Sheila and Lisa at front desk are exceptional..... I had used this clinic back in 2015 and now recently again in late 2023. I took several sessions with their RMT, Dr Paige (Chiro) and Dr Church (Physio). Their knowledge and treatment is great, but mostly the care that they take of clients is significant.I highly recommend them. Knocking wood, their fee is visibly lower than several similar establishments in same area of city or other parts of Ottawa...... Not sure how Alta Vista can do this, other than it must have a people-friendly owner and management. Thank you all there!“

My objectives were to avoid surgery and to stabilize the functionality of my shoulder. Thanks to the work Justin did on my shoulder and the exercises that he gave me, not only did we achieve my objectives, but we made and continue to make steady progress regarding the overall movement and capability of my shoulder. I have also asked Justin to help with a couple of other problems I am having and he is currently treating a problem with my knee. The situation with my knee has improved significantly in the short time that Justin has been involved. As helpful as his treatments and exercises have been, it is Justin's holistic approach, positive attitude and ongoing encouragement that have, I know, contributed greatly to my progress.
