I highly recommend going to Sakshi for physio. I had an old injury that I neglected and Sakshi not only helped me with the pain but she changed my outlook on how to better care for myself. Her blend of gentle tough love, kindness and expertise was exactly what I needed to start listening to my body and shift my outlook. She was clear, detailed, kept me well informed and always made sure I understood my treatment. If I ever need to seek physio treatment again, you bet I'll be going back!! Thank you Sakshi!
My physiotherapist, Sakshi Arora, was always cheerful and caring. She managed my tennis elbow with a mix of eastern and western methods. Also gave me useful tips on how to keep my arm strong after the discharged. Other staff members were super friendly and environment was very clean.
