I highly recommend the Ottawa Health Group. Mark is an exceptional chiropractor with a great personality, profound expertise and intuition. His in-depth understanding of the body lets him immediately pinpoint areas requiring attention. The team is equally welcoming and professional, making visits a real pleasure. Thank you, Mark! I can move a lot better today. :)

Do not book a massage with Jeff if you are hoping to relax. Jeff is an amazing massage therapist that will put the finger right on it, that little painful spot that causes you headaches or lower back pain. He's clearly the best therapisr I've ever had. I wish I could give 10 stars !

It has been 3 weeks at a rate of twice a week and the pain almost all gone. Followed instructions and came to the sessions with a positive attitude - It's working....I have tried elsewhere with little if any result. PS. I never give 5 stars because there is always room to get better that way....lol
