“I had a great rehab for my post ACLR surgery with physiotherapist Jamil Al Jallad for the last 3 months. They have a clean space, courteous front desk staff and friendly assistants which was great to have during these covid times. When I came the first session after my surgery (week 1), I was still in my brace and relying on crutches to get around, and also practically stuck in my room. The physiotherapist gave me exercises to do (adding every few weeks), with objectives to reach and useful advice along the way (also correcting what I was doing badly). I was already off my crutches by week 3-4, going upstairs and downstairs by week 6-7 and being able to walk outside by week 10 with a normal gait. I'm really happy with my experience here and feel like they've given me a good start on my post ACLR rehab :)”

“Worked with Ben for 4 months for two injuries. He's incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely a great guy who cares about his patients and their progress. The exercise plan given is consistently modified as I progressed and tailored to address both injuries. I noticed significant improvement. I highly recommend Ben to anyone needing an intelligent, and caring physiotherapist who is very passionate about his clients.
In 2026, went back for a different injury. I booked the appt with Arman. As noted above, the exercises in the plan were consistently modified and tailored. I didn’t think my experience was going to get better than when I went in with Ben, but Arman went over & beyond to ensure my goals were met. His needling and other techniques are the best I’ve experienced by far. Every technique he does, he explains thoroughly to ensure I understood and permitted. He answered all my questions, and explained the injury to me perfectly. His knowledge and expertise is easily recognizable. I cannot recommend Arman highly enough.”
