I was treated for pain in my left knee , I was assigned to Kirstie who did my assessment and many of my physiotherapy appointments. Plus I had other therapists who also treated me. I was very happy with the help they gave me and after 13 appointments my knee was feeling a lot better. So I was able to go home and keep doing the exercises they gave me.
I would highly recommend OPTSC-Westboro to anyone who needs physio therapy.

I recently had an appointment with Jay, and I want to commend his outstanding professionalism; the session itself was excellent. However, I did want to share some feedback regarding the clinic's layout. Because the treatment area is an open environment, the ambient noise from nearby appointments made it quite difficult to hear and fully understand my conversations with Jay. I appreciate the great care and hope this feedback is helpful for future spatial planning.
