This was my first experience at Ottawa Physiotherapy, and it was excellent from start to finish. From the initial phone call to book my appointment to my first session with Michelle, everyone was welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. The level of care and expertise was exceptional. Himanshu was an absolute rockstar! He helped me with a hamstring and shoulder blade issue I was having and showed me exercises and techniques to help it heal. He was diligent and very patient with explaining the causes of the issues to me. I will go back to see him next time I'm having issues and would highly recommend to anyone!
Kysten is a damn miracle worker. The whole team is. I went in with a bulging disk and a pinched C8 nerve. They got me fixed and moving within 2 months! (I know it sounds like a long time, and it is, but that's really fast in the scope of physio for the back in neck...)
Please learn from my mistakes... I made idiot decision of trying to go to a chiropractor that was REALLY close by to here... They only made it worse.
Save yourself, your time, and your money and go to this physio instead! They really are the best this city has to offer!
