I highly recommend the Ottawa Osteopathy and Sports Therapy clinic and especially Richard Gregory. When I saw Richard, I was a little discouraged. I thought I was going to have back and neck pain for the rest of my life (52 years). I'd seen a number of health professionals, from traditional medicine to alternative approaches, and none had really been able to help me. I am a family physician and I am of the opinion that Ottawa Osteopathy is by far the best physiotherapy/MSK rehab clinic in the area. Several years ago, I developed a sports injury that progressed to the point that I couldn't even walk more than one city block without pain. I had previously seen various providers elsewhere (a sports medicine MD, several different physiotherapists, massage therapists, acupuncture, chiropractor) without any improvement. I'm 16 years old, I've experienced knee pain (both knees) since I was 12-13. Over the past 3-4 years I have seen roughly 7 specialists, each person for a lengthy time so I didn't give up on them too quick. All 7 of those people didn't help, I got MRI's and X-Rays. I was told I would need surgery, for the past 3 years I had knee pain so I said enough is enough and said yes to surgery. Luckily while I was waiting I was referred to this Clinic where I met Richard.
