“Our 2 cats, Maple and Freya, came back smelling great and beautiful. I dont know how they did it but they did an amazing job. I could never trim Maples nails while she is awake but they did it and in record time. When we brought them home, i could even feel that they are better tempered than before especially Maple. If I could give a higher rating than 5 I totally would. The staff are also very very helpful by answering questions I had about brushes.“

My little guy is sweet but wiggly (and honestly sometimes a chaos gremlin), and after some concerns with a previous grooming salon, I was honestly relieved to find Jenna. “Very disappointed with how my baby was treated. She's just a puppy and they had me give her trazadone. They charged me a behavioral fee. Not every dog will sit on the table like a statue, especially a puppy! They said she would have a hard life if she continued to act like this. My dog was groomed at another salon today and she was so relaxed and fell asleep on the table WITHOUT trazadone. I'm beside myself and heartbroken that I even took my baby here.“
