The petsmart grooming salon goes above and beyond for your animal. They treat my dog as she is their own. Beth was so patient with my elderly large fluffy dog. She did an amazing job. The staff are very friendly. I like how the tables they use lower so its easier for older and large dog. Would definitely reccomend this service. The store itself is great as well.

This store has excellent customer service. I took the curbside delivery and the employee that brung my aquarium outside realized that I didn’t know how to set it up in my home. He gave me advice outside and I didn’t have to ask. Next time I’m definitely going inside.

My dog Lilly had a “retreat” at the PetSmart hotel in east Ottawa recently! She had loads of fun and was treated royally! Forgot to ask the staff to take a pic- next visit! Staff are super friendly and great with the dogs!
