I couldn't be happier!Karen is THE person for this job. Her knowledge and experience along with her undeniable love for dogs makes it very easy to trust that your dog is in good hands.Her work is phenomenal! I appreciate the care she puts into her work and that I left with a happy dog and some knowledge to take home with me. She will also send you before and after photos which I love.Highly recommend!

I was nervous leaving my (fur) baby all by herself but when I picked her up she was great! Smooth, efficient and on time. I’m a dentist and I was impressed. Will definitely be back!

Karen is the best - a true Dog Whisperer! I found Karen when she first came to Ottawa and had a shop on Merivale, right around the corner from me - she moved to Main Street and I now drive 30 minutes - because of the excellent grooming and teeth cleaning service she provides!!
