Staff is very friendly and helpful. I mostly come here to browse for wet cat food and treats. They have a great selection of high quality foods including several Canadian-made, human grade, and ethically sourced options.They often have sales and fundraisers for shelters and local charities, and you can purchase and donate cans of food for shelter cats and dogs at the register, which I love.
I've been here around 100 times, and I've only had one negative experience, and it wasn't even the store's fault: there was an issue with my payment on the website end for a pickup order, which was fixed within 24h.
10/10, would recommend.

The staff here are great. They are generous with their time and attention. PetValu's support of local rescue organizations is also very appreciated and a key factor in my decision of where my pet dollars are spent.
This is my favourite Pet Valu location to visit (to use the self-serve dog wash), and they frequently have the specific dog food I need in stock. I always receive excellent customer service from Anton and Chany! Super kind staff who create a welcoming environment. Thank you both! My online orders are always ready super quickly (within 30 minutes), which I appreciate.
