I went in just before closing on a Saturday and the had a great experience with their staff. Both were helpful , however the younger man was outstanding with his customer service. He didn’t rush me even though it was closing time and went out of his way to help me find an alternative to what I was looking for even though they didn’t have they looked it up on the web. I had a great customer service experience here abs will return!

They have everything you could need for a new dog or cat and watching the dogs get washed is pretty good entertainment. I had to swap out a few things and they were super helpful and it was an easy process. Helpful, friendly staff.

I love this pet store. We don't get a chance to come too often, as we are walking distance to our neighborhood pet store, but if you live close by, please give this store your business.Very clean store with helpful and friendly staff. We love the dog wash station, and come here 4 times a year to wash our dog.The dog wash station is well organized, and comes equipped with ample soap and conditioner for your pup.There is also a hair dryer and towels available for the after wash.Our dog does not like baths, but the staff have us treats to help us alleviate any anxiety with her wash.
