Went to this pet smart today and there was a Royal Canin rep there. Asian girl named Dim I think. She was absolutely excellent. I learned so much about nutrition. She gave me very detailed advice about how to approach modifying a diet for a cat with diarrhea. Very enthusiastic and passionate about animals!

My favorite PetSmart in the city, really knowledgeable staff and helpful, they also have a very good selection of toys and treats and dog food and they keep up pretty well with stock.

I absolutely adore the staff here, especially the staff working in the aquatics/reptiles/amphibians section of the store. I recently got a pacman frog and the employees were consistently kind, patient, and informative to any and all questions and concerns I had. They provided me the right tools, information, and techniques to help my frog adjust and eat and they seemed genuinely happy to help out and hear updates. Petsmart better give them a raise!
