“I can't overstate how grateful I am to Dayna and her team (especially Genevieve). We had a whole string of crises starting with a major storm and power/internet/backup generator outage during a short trip away. Genevieve handled it all with grace and Dayna reached out personally when the person who came to fix our generator left the door open and one of the cats was missing. Thankfully, it turned out the escapee was just under the bed, and everything was fine. We're so grateful to be able to leave our cats in the capable care of Dayna and her team.“

She gave me very detailed advice about how to approach modifying a diet for a cat with diarrhea. Very enthusiastic and passionate about animals!“

“The petsmart grooming salon goes above and beyond for your animal. They treat my dog as she is their own. Beth was so patient with my elderly large fluffy dog. She did an amazing job. The staff are very friendly. I like how the tables they use lower so its easier for older and large dog. Would definitely reccomend this service. The store itself is great as well.“
