Kayla's was very accommodating and helpful to book me for a Saturday; also, the service was superb! Staff was friendly; and, it's easy to see that they love what they do! My Yorkie, Harvey, absolutely adores Jenny and Kayla R., both of whom he's worked with. He looks forward to meeting everyone! :-D5/5 is not enough - 6/5, definitely!
From my first communications by phone and email, Kayla and her crew were so wonderful to deal with. They were very caring and gentle with Scruffy, making his first visit to uncover his eyes and trim his nails as stress free as possible. Thank you to all of you for your kindness and gentle approach.
Staff were friendly and professional. My dog, Bandit, was not traumatized! That's a first since he's 11 years old. Service was excellent!Bandit will be a regular customer and I'll be a happy mom. Thank you, Jenny for keeping him looking like the breed is is lol!
