I’ve been taking my long hair dachshund here for years! Everyone at Kayla’s is so kind and caring. My dog gets so anxious going to the groomer, but I know he’s in good hands here ❤ they always do such an amazing job as well!
I highly recommend Kayla R. for big dogs, double coats, seniors, or any dog really. My baby Maya is 13 and hadn't been to a groomer in a while. She has bad hips and can't stand for too long, and Kayla did an amazing job giving her a full groom. She was patient and Maya left feeling and looking amazing. Thank you Kayla!!
Kayla R is an incredible groomer! My usually nervous dog looked like she was at home chilling in the grooming station when I went to pick her up! Kayla R was able to do a perfect groom and when we walk past the storefront now, my dog keeps trying to go in. We have found our new groomer in Ottawa!
