The staff is very friendly and approachable. I recently adopted a male tuxedo cat named Cooper by his previous parents. I've renamed him Jack . Jack was called Pepper...but he didn't seem to like the name. Jack responds to his new name. Jack is adjusting to life with me. Lol

Even though they're short staffed and not taking walk-ins right now, they were able to squeeze us in. I greatly appreciate it! Excellent customer service, and always a job well done. Thank you so much!

I love going into pet stores to look for toys and new types of fiods for my cat but this store in particular is one of my favorites. They have so much selection and they have great customer service!
