Julia and Erin went above and beyond with their customer service when it came to the care for a small animal we purchased from PetSmart Georgetown location. Anytime We have gone into the Georgetown location staff have been super friendly and helpful and today was no exception.

Ben!!!!!I just had the most friendly and enthusiastic employee with amazing customer service.. if this guy isn’t a manager you guys better make him one. 10/10 experience at this location with this staff!

Ben was very helpful and resourceful. He gave recommendations on items we were seeking for our puppy. Every store should have someone like him representing their brand and products.
