I have a reliance membership and was calling for weeks trying to get an appointment moved up as I was aware there was an issue will AC/ furnace blower. Then this week found a huge puddle in my furnace room and AC stopped working. I have a newborn and it was plus 30 degrees. Called reliance and other company's to help in a timely fashion as it was so hot and even though I can cope with the heat my newborn was at risk. I kept getting the run around with customer service with reliance and others companies giving delays.
