“I couldn’t be more impressed with Creative Carpets and owner Rick Jones. My job was relatively small compared to commercial projects and I was surprised when Rick personally Got involved with mine.
Unlike the big box stores, Rick’s knowledge of carpet is second to none—he explained every option in detail, personally laser-measured my home, and provided a clear, line-by-line quote.

The installers were careful, professional, and precise. When I wasn’t happy with the look of the transitions (even though the original install was fine), Rick personally came back multiple times with alternatives until I was 100% satisfied. “We had our flooring and stairs renovated by the team at Acadian flooring. There were many options to choose from in the store and we ultimately went with an engineered hardwood from Grandeur flooring.

The process of finalizing the quote with John was time consuming but detailed & transparent. We did have to follow up proactively to continue the process. Once the contract was finalized, he ensured that our flooring was ordered in advance and available before installation. The product itself is beautiful.

Installation of the stairs and flooring was completed by Saeed who was very detailed oriented. We chose herringbone flooring which was meticulously measured and installed by Saeed with great workmanship. New railings and stairs were installed with stain to match the flooring. The total completion time of the job went over the initial quote but it was worth the wait for the quality! The results are beautiful and it feels like a new home.“
