“I hired Grand Building and Contracting to complete exterior renovation on my house and I am very happy I did. This is a family business that stands behind it’s word, Alex the father was the lead on my project. When I met Alex, I can say it was refreshing having someone be upfront and honest on cost, progress updates as the project was underway, and both Alex and Jason his son were amazing to work with. The finished product of my house looks amazing! My neighbours stopping me on the street to compliment me how beautiful my house looks. The renovation included the porch, new stairs and portico, stone work, siding, new flashing around the windows to create a uniform look.It took me many years to save up the funds to complete the renovations and I have had some issue with some past contractors promising you things but then not delivering or increasing the cost as they go along, but that was not my experience with Alex, the cost quoted is the price I paid. Alex and Jason went above to provide the quality product and design I was after. The contractors were professional and did quality work. The project took a bit longer than expected but all through the project, Alex was in regular communication with me when there was a delay in getting a product that was out of stock and he responded to all my inquiries in a timely manner, always keeping me informed on the status and next steps.Thank you Alex and Jason for making this experience a positive one.“

We received quotes from many other competitors but felt most comfortable with ME and their price was fair. We had particular design requirements that other companies weren't capable of. ME delivered. I would highly recommend ME contracting for any deck needs. And I look forward to using them in the future.“

225 Bradwick Dr #6, Concord“Doors and More, so many good things to say about them I don't even know where to start.
We had a reno 12 years ago, and my friend and GC said I know this new company that is doing really cool frameless doors. And I was like I'm in.
So they come in, put in this amazing system (pictures below) and it survives 3 boys - who've destroyed microwaves, Miele vacuums, walls, everything good our house, except this door. I mean they pulled the Kohler water trim off the wall 3 times, how? How?
But the door my kids could not defeat. I shouted at them ONCE to not to slam it, but they still did but this think it built to withstand teenage boys.
I called because the immovable glass portions bottom was starting to wear out a little, again, NOT moving water through the stand sill (which is angled on the other side down back into the shower anyways) it was just not looking as perfect as it once did.
So I call them up, Tara is like for $850 we'll replace ALL the hardware (including handles and towel rack??? amazing), reseal all the joints, and they even added an upgraded U shaped wall connection when you close the door that makes it shut perfectly. Technology moves up and on.
Look you can spend less money if your don't have the capital, all good, but we all know you always get what you pay for.
And this product is one of the best things I've bought in my home reno career., This and the KWC faucets that stands behind a Lifetime guarantee.
Every part of the assembly is like built to respect you and your money and serve you for ages. I could have just siliconed the bottom of the non moving glass myself , just to be super careful, but after spending some money replace ALL the hardware I just got a brand shower system lol.
BTW, There glass is so thick don't even ask me to tell you how thick it is....take Home Depot's best door and times that by 3-4.
Look at the rollers on this door, they are massive and strong. Look at the fixture that goes across the wall and ties into it. It's all high end stainless steel and high tech rubber silicon products (I think).
Super high end product but not the price. Seriously Check Rona and Home Depot for their best frameless system and compare the specs with any of their systems.
Those places sell crap at high margins to wanna be DYI'ers who watch to much Youtube. IMHO!
I was also told we were one of the few clients that had the companies original logo on the door, and they're on their 3rd (as most good companies go through mergers and acquisition), so that was neat. And it was cool how I found out!
Tara had a crew out to my place in two days, and the best part, like coincidentally, and as company that stands with it's employees, one of the guys that came the first install as a Jr is now a senior installer, and we were one of his first jobs. And he was back now!
Great product, great people, what more can you ask for?“

7250 Keele St Unit 372, Vaughan“We worked with Sosna for our kitchen, bathroom and entrance renovation. They were recommended to us by our friends who had everything completed on time with no stress. And this is how it’s been for us. We worked with various contractors before where we had to check all the work multiple times and ask them to fix it. In contrast, when working with Sosna, they would notice mistakes if any by themselves and promptly address them without us needing to pay attention. This was very valuable to us. Communication was great throughout. We love the finished product. We would work with them again.“

19 Stanton Ave, Woodbridge“I had a wonderful experience working with A&R Renovations on my master bathroom remodel. I was initially nervous about taking on a complete renovation, but after speaking with Alex, he put my mind at ease. He assured me that he would guide me through each step of the process—and he did.
From start to finish, Alex was professional, reliable, and attentive. Whenever I had questions or needed advice on design choices or finishings, he was always available and provided thoughtful guidance. His communication throughout the project was excellent, and he made sure I was comfortable and informed at every stage. The entire renovation ran smoothly and efficiently, and I always felt confident that the project was in good hands.
Alex’s craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding and it was evident he took personal pride in ensuring an outstanding final result. Even after the project was completed, Alex exemplified exceptional customer care by returning to make a minor adjustment to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. That level of dedication and follow-through is rare and speaks volumes about the company’s professionalism and commitment to excellence.
The finished bathroom is beautiful.
I highly recommend A&R Renovations to anyone considering a remodel. Thank you, Alex, for making my vision a reality!

4140 Steeles Ave W #11, Woodbridge“It all started with a leak. I didn’t realize the scope of the problem at the time, but I asked for quotes on Homestars to find out how much it would cost to do a kitchen repair/replacement. David from Amaris was the first one to answer my quote and he arrived on time for our in-house quote. I can honestly say that Amaris came in with the most reasonable quote for the budget we were working with, and when surprises stacked up during the reno, David was extremely patient and calm. He worked hard alongside his demolition team and managed to fix the mold issue that was hiding behind the walls. He helped us save money everywhere he could and was very transparent about the work, the costs and the timelines.
In the end we had to gut the entire kitchen, reframe the walls to bring them up to code, install new insulation, vapor barrier, drywall, mudding/taping, painting, flooring, kitchen cupboards, electrical and some minor plumbing.
David hired excellent teams to complete the work. The demolition was conducted quickly (despite four layers of vinyl on the floor and mold lurking everywhere). David helped with a lot of it, and was actively involved with the work.
His foreman, Mehti, was also excellent – fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and clean. They reframed the 2x4 walls to make them 2.6’s, put in the insulation, vapor barrier, drywall, flooring, mudding, priming and painting in the time frame that was quoted to us (about 2 weeks for that portion).
The cabinets and kitchen design were handled by Michael, who helped me to design what I wanted. He listened and came up with some great solutions but wasn’t pushy. He let me look at the options and decide what I thought worked better for my family. His team was also excellent, and the cupboards went up with surprising efficiency. It only took a couple of days, and they were expertly hung and looking gorgeous. I no longer wonder what mysteries are hiding in the back of my old corner cupboards. Michael helped me find the Lazy Susan’s and other hardware to make the new corners functionable. He also helped me find a beautiful quartz and it was fun to look at all the options available.
The electrical was upgraded. We used to have two plugs for everything in the kitchen from the toaster to charging our phones. The master electrician helped find solutions that were cost effective. He helped find a solution that limited the number of holes that had to be cut into the drywall. They installed all the plugs and lights that a person could ask for and brought my kitchen up to code. It’s so much brighter now and I have plugs for everything!
I no longer have mold lurking behind my walls. The kitchen has more storage than I could have wished for, the flooring compliments the kitchen design, the wall colour is warm and I have the kitchen cabinets of my dreams (no MDF here people!). The cupboards are plywood and solid maple doors. It’s solid and it’ll last forever. The kitchen is bright and beautiful thanks to Amaris and the excellent work they did. We heartily recommend them.“
