“I’m not one to write reviews (this is only the second review I have ever written in my life), but I had to write a review on Dino and his company Uniq Inc. We met Dino through my in-laws who had their kitchen and bathroom done by Uniq Inc. When I saw their work at my in-laws house, I thought it was absolutely beautiful. I however was still very weary of contacting Dino despite my in-laws’ recommendations, simply because I have had bad experiences with previous contractors. But from the moment I met Dino and his team, I have been nothing but impressed and thankful. They renovated our main bathroom. From start to finish, Dino and his team were nothing but honest and professional . There were no “surprise hidden costs”, project was completed on time as promised, at a very competitive price and their work is flawless. I have and will continue to recommend Dino and his team to all my friends, family, neighbours and strangers. I will use Dino and his team for all future projects in our home. If you have any renos to be done, contact Uniq Inc. You will not regret it.“

He takes on only one contract at a time, is very organized, and works every day until completion - no missing days or waiting for subcontractors or suppliers - there is visible progress every day. He is very careful, is flexible to alterations or changes to the contract, and is sensitive to the impact of us trying to live through renovations, cleaning up thoroughly each day. “I had a flood in my basement near Christmas of 2025. After I called my insurance company a member from Service Master was there in less than two hours. After assessing the damage they arranged for their people to come and clean up the damage.They left everything so clean. From the manager Kevin to every person who came to my home they worked very hard. Cleaned up after themselves and were courteous throughout the entire process. I am 69 years of age and this was my first claim with my insurance company. Service Master and CAA made the whole experience as good for me as it could possibly of been. “I had my kitchen renovation done. Jenny of JDL involved with the design before we ripped out the old kitchen. She was working with my wife to ensure my wife happy with the final design and she made recommendations so we can have a bright, functional kitchen . My wife was so happy with the pullout kitchen ingredients on the left side of the oven and the cooking utensils on the right side, now she doesn’t have to go out of the way for those thing while cooking.
They measured and checked the countertop, backsplash twice to ensure we have a perfect finished quartz backsplash.
All other cabinets are arranged perfectly.
