“Underpinning with 24/Pros was the absolute best choice we could have made. Why? First, we were able to live in our house for much of the basement work. Farshad sealed off the basement Farshad and his team are beyond superb! #1 - the all made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the process. #2 - they allowed us to live during the underpinning for 2 months which saved us $10,000 in rent #3 - they communicated often and accurately, Even when they hit snags that were unexpected (found septic tanks under our house!) # - were polite and clean. We were able to use laundry washer & dryer throughout the time they were there. Their cleanup was really amazing. # - their work was perfect and all as expected. They actually helped the engineer with some unique issues related to our home (120 years old). Overall, the quality of the work was A+ and it was completed on time and on budget (was a reasonable price). His team worked hard every day, were remarkably efficient, tidy, reliable and super friendly. “This was our first home renovation project. After many years of planning, we decided to make our dreams a reality. We extensively researched different companies and chose to work with Sanza Homes. We are so happy with their finished product and the entire experience. Their design work absolutely blew us away and the final project completely exceeded our expectations! Right from the start, the core team of Saeed and Sepher were a class act. They were very professional, diligent and responsive. We can’t tell you how nice and pleasant they were to work with. For us, they quickly evolved from being our contractors and felt more like family. Sanza Homes connected us with our designer Mahsa from Masamodesign. Her design concepts elevated our home into one of pure luxury and comfort. We can’t believe this is actually OUR home! Saeed, the project manager, made sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. He would immediately contact us if any issue came up and he would offer a solution right away. The team executed our project efficiently and effectively which made our experience much more relaxed and without the stress. One of our concerns with selecting a contractor for such a large scale project was someone who would cut corners, rush things, or worse, run away with your money before the job is done. If you choose Sanza Homes, you will never have to worry about these issues. They are honest and sincere people who are very detailed on what you are paying for and delivering on their promise to finish by the targeted completion date. We also wanted to mention how resourceful Sepher and Saeed were, always providing suggestions for items outside the scope of our project such as blinds, AV wiring, fence installation, etc. Without hesitation, we can say that our renovation has made a huge positive impact on our daily lives. “Lou is a great guy who did a good job for my driveway interlock. Looks good, price was good, work was fast, and did not disturb the surrounding landscape or create mess on road. I had 1 small issue 1 year later due to a large truck turning its wheels, and he came and fixed it free of charge. Much respect to these people. 5/5“
