“We had a very nice guy named Ty come in today for a tub leak along with his boss they were extremely mindful, clean, fast, and efficient. We also have a young dog which they were very kind and sweet to him, they were able to work around him and his needs. With that also being said they cleaned up after themselves and went as far as double checking he cleaned up enough (it’s very hard to find workers who will also clean up after themselves never-mind double checking it was alright) and also was even kind enough to take his boots off while going in and out of our home. “The initial visit by Darryl was to review our water treatment needs. During that visit our well performance was tested along with the water condition. After further water testing a system upgrade was designed and a quote sent.
On the installation day, great care was taken to remove the old system components and all the new equipment was set into place. The work took most of the day and was completed with no issues. Their care taken during installation and knowledge of the system was very evident. We are very pleased to have soft, clean and odorless water.
