I used this company for the first time yesterday and was very pleased with Gordon. He quickly diagnosed the issues and gave us repair options. The work I opted to do was done in the same visit and he cleaned up when he was finished. I am happy with Mr. Rooter and would use them again.
Had two separate issues 1 week apart…if I could give an 11 out of 10 I would…both technicians were absolutely awesome…these guys know how to service the customer,thanks again!!
