Drain Rescue Services Corp was called on two separate occasions for work inside and recently outside services for sewage drain work. Dwayne the technician was always in communication with us during the entire process, the crew that worked on site were friendly and pleasant on both occasions. This made a bad situation with plumbing very good. Thankyou DRS!
My basement was flooded due to a sump pump failure this Monday, so I called Drain Rescue for help. The technician replaced the sump pump, but initially, the new pump wasn’t working well with my old drainage system. Thankfully, Roman, the technician, came up with a smart solution and ultimately resolved the problem. I really appreciate his expertise and persistence in finding a fix—great service!
