Glad we stumbled across this company online. It's hard to find trustworthy companies these days but our experience was great. The assigned Technician, Mike, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the issues in simple terms I could easily understand and guide us through understanding our plumbing system. My husband who is more hands on with fixtures was also impressed. I appreciated that Mike was fair in his assessment and offered us options within our budget as well as preventative tips. We liked the membership idea where we can get an annual home inspection and discounts. Thanks Mike!
