Hired Mark to build us a brand new (from scratch) laundry room out of a closet in our recently purchased home. From the start before we even drew up the official contract Mark was amazing, he had a vision of how he could make this a reality and everything we asked of him he took into consideration while giving us plenty of options on how he could achieve the plan and tons of flexibility as far as plans changing and how specific we wanted to be about the design and overall finish of the room. We have hired Mark over a number of years to perform both general maintenance as well as some important renovations for our house in Hamilton, ON. He has always done a thorough job in many areas such as: roof repairs, vinyl tile installation, kitchen improvements, plaster wall replacement, plumbing and electrical work. He has great attention to detail. We feel that Mark could take on any housing project that may be required.
