We had Elwood Laidman Plumbing install sediment, carbon, and UV light water filters in our house in July 2026. The whole experience was great! Holly in the office was awesome to deal with and sent me a detailed estimate in a timely manner. On installation day, Darryl and his apprentice arrived on time and were very professional for all aspects of the job from going over the scope of work before they started, to completing the work, to cleaning up well when the job was done. Darryl was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work before leaving.

The initial visit by Darryl was to review our water treatment needs. During that visit our well performance was tested along with the water condition. After further water testing a system upgrade was designed and a quote sent.
On the installation day, great care was taken to remove the old system components and all the new equipment was set into place. The work took most of the day and was completed with no issues. Their care taken during installation and knowledge of the system was very evident. We are very pleased to have soft, clean and odorless water.

I used Elwood Laidman twice. Once for a simple install. Dakota did a great job.
I showed him a major problem that another plumber and my contractor messed up.
