The initial visit by Darryl was to review our water treatment needs. During that visit our well performance was tested along with the water condition. After further water testing a system upgrade was designed and a quote sent.
On the installation day, great care was taken to remove the old system components and all the new equipment was set into place. The work took most of the day and was completed with no issues. Their care taken during installation and knowledge of the system was very evident. We are very pleased to have soft, clean and odorless water.

I used Elwood Laidman twice. Once for a simple install. Dakota did a great job.
I showed him a major problem that another plumber and my contractor messed up.

Amazing service and creative solutions when needed. Highly recommend them for all plumbing needs. They unclogged our sink and put in our new faucet. So grateful for the simple things, like being able to wash dishes properly and use a sink without water coming back up.
