Rob came over and was wonderful in explaining in detail what I wanted done and how he could accomplish this. He was very personable and did an excellent job. I would recommend him highly.
Colin was very polite, friendly and professional. Unfortunately the cause of the issue was not plumbing related but rather HVAC related. If there should be a future actual plumbing issue I won't hesitate to call again !!
(Hamilton) Had water running into my basement from my 2nd floor toilet, I needed a new valve and toilet flange. All in it cost about $650.The plumber was very friendly and helpful, he seemed to really enjoy troubleshooting the leak. Service was top notch, the only reason I'm taking off a star is the price. It was a pretty "simple" fix that probably doesn't justify the price, BUT I have to remind myself that I was paying for the troubleshooting and experience. Through that lens the price makes more sense.I would recommend John the Plumber to anyone who is squeamish about doing their own plumbing.
