Though I had a negative experience with pricing but Rob from John the plumber called up , explain the over situation offered refund with cost adjustment . Thanks a lot for understanding the issue. Really appreciated
Andrew was personable/friendly and performed the repair quick and effectively.
The customer service agents I dealt with on the phone were easy to understand and wanted to help. They even called me to inform of an earlier opening after my appointment was booked so the repair could be done sooner.
Andrew was prompt, informative, and professional. We were extremely happy with the service. Colin joined later on in the job and was equally as impressive.
The work was phenomenal and they left the job site very clean.
A bonus note, both guys were very kind to my 4 year old who was having a great time bringing them stickers for a job well done.
I will use John the Plumber again and specifically be requesting Andrew.
