The team, including Danny, is great to work with and ensures minimal disruption during the project. Despite a few damaged floor tiles, their easy and pleasant demeanor made up for it. When it came to replacing our lead water line, Baldasaro was the only clear choice. Danny guided us through the process, worked with the City of Hamilton and made the process as seamless as possible. The private portion was replaced quickly and efficiently with no damage to our existing driveway (as we had hoped to avoid). Danny is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and prompt in his replies. All in all what we thought was going to be a far longer process was achieved in about half the time we expected. When we got around to it and the work was done, Joe and Dave completed it without a hitch. They minimized dust accumulation, cleaned whatever they dug up (including our driveway; we just have to pave it afterwards), and cemented whatever concrete they broke up to access our pipe. And they did it all in a single morning at a great price!
