It was a very big pleasure working with the technicians in Draincity. I had a big issue with my drain as it causing lots of back ups. Draincity came on site and had completed the job on the same day. I recently hired Draincity Plumbers to unclog a drain in my basement after a heavy rainfall that resulted in my basement flooding. The technician Dmytri had recommended to install a back-water valve after telling him this was not the first time the basement had flooded.
